Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Identifying business opportunities through daily searches on tenders’ portals (e.g., UNGM, {URL})
•Creating and updating client pursuit materials to showcase Deloitte’s capabilities and experience
•Supporting the Growth Office programme delivery, including Client Programme Delivery, Executive Relationship, and market integration
•Managing industry budgets and revenues, including developing annual targets and monitoring performance
•Liaising with various departments to ensure compliance and maintain accurate databases
•Driving the development of key industry thought leadership and partnering with industry and client leadership to support growth objectives
•Coordinating industry meetings, forums, and townhalls
•Conducting industry market and client analysis as required
•Ensuring all activities comply with the firm’s brand and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
•Must have graduated from a recognized University in Ghana or overseas with a minimum of second class lower in B.Sc. in social or management science or related discipline.
•A minimum of 4 years cognate experience. Previous professional services experience will be an added advantage.
•Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Office, Access, etc.
