Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Public Relations Team Lead. The responsibilities of the role include developing and managing public relations strategies for our brands, writing and distributing press releases, fostering strong relationships with media outlets, and communicating effectively across various channels. The Team Lead will also oversee PR campaigns, ensure brand integrity, and manage a team to ensure impactful communications and a positive reputation for clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Corporate Communications
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages
  • Experience collaborating with media outlets and managing PR campaigns
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Proficiency in developing strategies that align with client goals
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • Requisite Experience in handling brand and reputation management in diverse industries is an advantage
