Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy, build a high-performance culture, and ensure HR systems align with our fast-growing fintech operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and people strategies
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Manage performance management and employee relations
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture
• Advise management on HR and labour law matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience (fintech/financial services is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
