Hills, Kumasi and Takoradi.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and a self-motivated Territory Supervisor who will manage outsourced
staff at assigned client site, ensuring workforce availability, operational efficiency, and strict
compliance with company policies and client expectations. The ideal candidate should be able to
increase employee numbers at assigned site (organic growth).


Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison and Site Management
 Strategically serve as the liaison between the company and client at the assigned territory
and deliver a seamless staffing experience to both the client and employees.
Staffing and Onboarding
 Maintain full staffing levels by proactively recruiting, onboarding, and orienting new
employees as per client demands.
 Ensure complete documentation of all newly hired employees using the onboarding
checklist, including SSNIT registration, Ghana Card, Petra forms, and bank details, and
same submitted to Admin Officer for entry a week before close of attendance every
month.
 Immediately make available relievers or replacements for absences, resignations, or
desertions to ensure zero disruption in client’s operations.
Site Operations and Supervision
 Supervise attendance and timekeeping daily for all employees, ensuring accurate
attendance records are posted on the designated platform and also submitted to the Admin
Officer for entry daily.
 Manage and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, or misconduct at the assigned site,
escalating complex issues when necessary.
Employee Engagement and Relations
 Organize and lead regular briefings: Daily briefings on operational activities (where
required). Weekly check-ins on challenges and staff feedback. Quarterly engagement
meetings to drive morale and retention.
 Encourage a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes team unity and
accountability.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
 Submit daily updates on the designated platform.
 Track and report on key indicators like attrition, absenteeism, punctuality, and incident
trends.


Qualifications:
 Degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related
field.
 A minimum of 2 years work experience in recruitment.
 Competence in document management.
 Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and people management skills.
 Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
 Good conflict-resolution skills with a customer-service mindset.
 Proficient in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
