E-Commerce Fulfilment Coordinator – Dream Jobs

Job Description

We are seeking a matured, experienced, and results-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Fulfilment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily e-commerce order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
2. Monitor shipments across branches and ensure timely delivery.
3. Follow up on delayed, pending, and undelivered shipments.
4. Coordinate staff and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
5. Prepare operational reports and monitor fulfilment performance.
6. Identify new e-commerce business opportunities and grow the customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in courier services, logistics, e-commerce, or distribution will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
• High levels of accountability, discipline, attention to detail, and sound judgement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Mature and responsible individual, preferably aged 36 years and above.
• Preferably married.
• Able to supervise teams firmly, work independently, and take ownership of operational results.
