Job Title: Sales Executive

 Location: Makola, Accra, Ghana

Job Summary

Holly Trans Limited is a shipping and logistics company based in Accra, serving traders, importers, and businesses with sea freight, air freight and clearing, courier. We are hiring Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will find and win new business customers, explain our services clearly, follow up until deals close, and build strong relationships with the customers you bring in.

 Key Responsibilities

– Identify and visit prospective customers in Makola and and surrounding business areas.

– Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, WhatsApp, and social media.

– Present our services, explain options and pricing clearly.

– Follow up on every lead until the sale is closed and payment or order details are confirmed.

– Meet a monthly sales target of [amount / number of clients].

– Record leads, quotations, orders, and customer conversations accurately in [Excel / CRM / sales log].

– Send daily activity updates and a weekly sales report to management.

– Work with the operations and customer service teams so that customers’ shipments and orders are delivered smoothly.

– Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.

 Requirements

– At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience (field sales, telesales, retail, B2B, insurance, banking, real estate, or FMCG).

– Strong spoken and written English; able to present confidently in person and by phone.

– Proven follow-up habits and comfort working toward monthly targets.

– Basic record keeping and comfort with WhatsApp, phone calls, and good at using digital tools such as Excel for customer follower up.

– Ghanaian citizen or legally authorized to work in Ghana.

– Honest, disciplined, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced market environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

– Experience in logistics, freight, courier, clearing, import/export, or supply chain.

– Fluency in Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa, or another Ghanaian language.
