KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum using Montessori inspired principles.

• Teach and integrate Career Technology, Computing, and Creative Arts into everyday learning activities.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and independence.

• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and pupils’ developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities, school events, and cocurricular programmes.

• Uphold the school’s code of conduct and contribute positively to the school community.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• A Graduate Certificate or a related field

Specialization & Skills Required:

• Specialization in Education (early childhood, primary, or relevant subject area).

• Demonstrable knowledge of the Montessori Method of Teaching and its application in a primary school setting.

• Knowledge in Career Technology Education (CTE), Computing and Creative Arts.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be a female and a Christian.

Location Requirement:

• Applicants must reside in Takwa Akyempim or within its immediate environs. Preference will

be given to candidates already living in the community.

GH₵ 1, 200 – GH₵ 1, 500
