Job Summary

We’re seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Regional Operations Supervisor at our Head Office. If you’re passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support in coordinating branch, terminal, and field operations to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Assist in tracking unscanned shipments, delays, and discrepancies, ensuring they are promptly addressed or escalated.
3. Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, including unscanned items, delays, and related issues.
4. Maintain effective communication with branches, terminals, and operational teams on daily activities and issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least one (4) year of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role. Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Preferably Male
