1. NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL – HR OFFICER
Role Overview
LB Group is seeking a motivated and people-oriented National Service Personnel with a background in Human Resource Management or a related discipline to support the organisation’s HR and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management and other aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with day-to-day human resource administration.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employee records and personnel files.
- Support recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Support the preparation of employment documentation, HR letters and other correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate staff attendance, leave and other employee records.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and employee initiatives.
- Assist with training and development coordination.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and other management information.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes where required.
- Undertake other HR and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply social work principles in a professional organisational environment while supporting community-oriented programmes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of community and social development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and documenting community needs and social issues.
- Participate in community engagement and outreach activities.
- Support beneficiary identification, registration and documentation where applicable.
- Assist with conducting interviews, assessments and information gathering.
- Maintain accurate records relating to beneficiaries, programmes and activities.

The successful candidate will work with experienced professionals and gain practical exposure to cost estimation, measurement, procurement, budgeting, valuation and construction project cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
- Support the measurement and quantification of construction works.
- Assist with preparation and review of project cost documentation.
- Support the preparation of project budgets and cost plans.
- Assist with tender documentation and procurement activities.
- Support the evaluation and comparison of contractor quotations.
- Assist with interim valuations and payment documentation.

The successful candidate will support the organisation’s property development and construction teams by producing high-quality 3D models, visualisations and presentations that help communicate development concepts and project designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and visualisations for real estate and construction projects.
- Convert architectural drawings and concepts into 3D representations.
- Produce realistic renders and presentation-quality visualisations.
- Assist architects and project teams in visualising proposed developments.
- Develop interior and exterior 3D concepts where required.
- Assist with design modifications and revisions.
- Prepare visual materials for client presentations and project proposals.
