Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management and logistics for our mining and oil & gas operations across West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement — sourcing, negotiation and purchasing
  • Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate port-to-site logistics, imports and inventory
  • Ensure cost control, compliance and on-time delivery
  • Support project teams with equipment and materials sourcing

Requirements

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (CIPS or similar an advantage)
  • Proven procurement / supply-chain experience, ideally in mining, energy or heavy industry
  • Strong negotiation, supplier-management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of import and logistics processes and vendor compliance
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Obuasi
