ABOUT THE ROLE

Elixir Audits is seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Associate to support the growth and visibility of the firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm’s social media presence, creating engaging content across digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting the development of marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about building brands and contributing to the growth of a dynamic professional services firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Media and Marketing Associate will:

• Manage and maintain the firm’s social media presence across relevant digital platforms.
• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Support the creation of content for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in the firm’s brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all marketing materials.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
• Support proposal development and pitch production.
• Work with relevant teams and external partners to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and engagement across relevant channels.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative ideas to strengthen the firm’s online presence.
• Support other marketing, branding, and communication activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained in an agency, professional services, corporate, or in-house marketing environment.
• Strong experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing communications.
• Excellent written and editing skills.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
