IT Officer – Response One Ghana Limited

Job Description

Response One Ghana Limited, a leading electronic security and monitoring solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our team in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks and devices.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, backups and IT security.
• Monitor network and system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Support CCTV, NVR, access control and other technology-related systems where required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CCTV, NVRs, networking and electronic security systems will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to technical issues.
