Job Description
The Administrative Manager will oversee the Council’s general administrative operations and ensure the efficient coordination of office support services and organisational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Council.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and systems.
- Supervise administrative and support staff.
- Coordinate office facilities, equipment, supplies, and general maintenance.
- Manage official correspondence, documentation, filing, and records.
- Support the organisation of meetings, conferences, events, and official activities.
- Coordinate logistics and other administrative arrangements.
- Monitor the effective utilisation of office resources.
- Ensure a clean, safe, organised, and professional working environment.
- Prepare administrative reports and provide management with relevant operational information.
Expected Profile
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications in Administration, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, together with relevant administrative or managerial experience.
