Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth

Build sustainable systems and processes for sales performance and customer acquisition

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market trends

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports

Develop pricing, promotional and customer retention strategies

Strengthen client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience

Collaborate with management to align business goals with operational execution

Train, mentor and motivate team members for improved productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing leadership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience in fintech, telecom, technology, or financial services is an advantage
