Compensation: Monthly base pay + performance bonuses + commission

Role: Client Outreach and Customer Relations Officer

Location: Remote / Hybrid – Ghana-based preferred

Markets: Ghana and United States

KD3 Tech Consult is looking for a confident, professional, and results-driven Client Outreach and Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team.

At KD3 Tech Consult, we help businesses solve problems, build systems, and elevate operations through modern technology solutions including websites, automation systems, dashboards, CRM tools, and custom business platforms.

We are looking for someone who can help us identify potential clients, communicate professionally, manage follow-ups, build strong client relationships, and support the growth of our client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching and identifying potential business leads

Calling and emailing prospects professionally

Introducing KD3 Tech Consult’s services to potential clients

Following up with interested businesses

Booking qualified demo meetings

Maintaining strong client communication

Updating lead records and reporting progress

Supporting customer relationship management 

The ideal candidate should be:

Confident and well-spoken

Professional in communication

Organized and consistent

Comfortable with cold calls and email outreach

Good at building relationships

Able to work independently

Interested in business growth, client service, and technology
