Job Summary
The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role encompasses the management of people, financial resources, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency to drive profitability while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in hospital operations or a similar healthcare environment.
  • Location: Must be a resident within the Greater Accra Region.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and data analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient care protocols.
