Scope of Work

As a National Service Personnel, you will support business operations, participate in key projects and work alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your service year.

During your service, you may be exposed to areas including, but not limited to:

• Sales & Business Development – Supporting client acquisition initiatives, lead generation, customer engagement, market research and relationship management activities.
• Operations – Assisting with operational processes, transaction support, documentation, process improvement initiatives and service delivery activities.
• Marketing & Communications – Contributing to marketing campaigns, digital content creation, event coordination, market intelligence and brand promotion initiatives.
• Customer Service – Supporting customer interactions, handling inquiries and service requests, resolving client issues, maintaining customer records, gathering feedback and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Software Development – Assisting with software design, coding, testing and debugging applications, participating in system maintenance, documenting technical processes, supporting quality assurance activities and contributing to the development of innovative technology solutions.
• Product Development – Supporting product research, ideation and design activities, assisting with product testing and validation, gathering customer and market insights, coordinating cross-functional development efforts and contributing to the continuous improvement and successful launch of products.
