Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:

•The Personal Assistant provides high?level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer.
•The role ensures the efficient management of the CRCO’s office by coordinating executive communications, managing schedules, supporting governance processes, handling confidential information, and facilitating effective collaboration across Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Ethics, Security Risk  Management, and other cross?functional teams.

Tasks

•Manage the CRCO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Prioritize meeting requests and ensure optimal use of the CRCO’s time.
•Prepare daily briefs, meeting packs, and executive summaries for the CRCO.
•Coordinate correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and confidential communications.
•Support preparation and coordination of Board and subcommittee governance meeting deliverables and ExCo submissions engagements.
•Track deliverables and follow-up actions from governance committee or leadership meetings.
•Ensure compliance with internal governance standards for document handling, approvals, and reporting.
•Serve as the primary liaison between the CRCO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
•Maintain strong professional relationships with executives, senior managers, and team members across the organization.
•Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and communication materials.
•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Risk & Compliance reports.
•Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and document repositories.
•Support preparation of risk registers, compliance updates, and incident reports when required.
•Monitor key departmental projects, milestones, and deadlines.
•Support implementation of annual risk and compliance plan and strategic initiatives.
•Assist with budgeting, procurement, and departmental expenditure tracking.
•Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
•Oversee office logistics, resource planning, and administrative coordination within the Risk & Compliance Division.
•Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen governance of the CRCO office.
•Ensure smooth running of the office environment related to CRCO needs.
•Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports required by the CRCO or stakeholders.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•A First Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Management or a related field of study.

Experience

•3 years relevant experience as a PA to a C-Suite role
