Salary: GHS 3,000 – GHS 4,500 per month (based on experience and capability)

Our client is a growing real estate and hospitality business based in Accra with an expanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties. They are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality assets, and building operational excellence as the business continues to grow.

They are looking for an ambitious and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their properties while helping build the systems and processes that will support future expansion.

About the Properties

The successful candidate will primarily oversee a boutique serviced apartment property in Airport West, Accra. The property comprises eight luxury serviced apartments set within beautifully landscaped grounds and offers premium guest amenities, including a swimming pool and gym.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide operational oversight for a mixed-use commercial property in Nima. While the majority of the role will focus on the serviced apartment property, approximately one day each week will be dedicated to managing the commercial property, including coordinating maintenance, contractors, tenant matters, and general property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique serviced apartment property.
• Provide operational oversight of the mixed-use commercial property.
• Ensure both properties operate efficiently, professionally, and to a consistently high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained.

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects high hospitality standards.
• Support occupancy, reservations, and day-to-day operational performance.
• Address operational issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.

Facilities & Maintenance

• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs across both properties.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance personnel, security staff, and external contractors.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Supplier & Contractor Management

• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Build strong working relationships while ensuring quality services at competitive prices.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is delivered on time.

Financial & Operational Performance

• Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising quality or guest experience.
• Monitor inventories and operational supplies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular management reports.

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems and workflows.
• Recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Help establish scalable operational processes to support future business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who demonstrates strong judgement, accountability, and a genuine sense of ownership.
