About the National Service Programme

The Mantrac Ghana National Service Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while developing technical, analytical, and professional competencies. Successful applicants will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and receive practical exposure across various business functions.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the programme, applicants must:

• Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Scheme.
• Not have previously undertaken National Service.
• Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (or its equivalent) from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be comfortable working with data and analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar software.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within a fast-paced business environment.
• Be willing and able to accept placement at any of Mantrac Ghana’s operational locations.

Department-Specific Requirements

Applicants should also meet the following requirements based on their area of specialization:

Engineering Applicants

• Must have successfully completed the T4W (Tech for Work) programme.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge relevant to their engineering discipline.

Marketing Applicants

• Must possess practical skills in:
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Digital Content Creation
  • Graphic Design
• Experience using creative design tools and digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
