A reputable and fast-growing company is seeking a proactive, results-oriented, and experienced Supervisor & Business Development Lead to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
Operations and Team Supervision
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high service standards.
- Supervise, lead, coach, and support team members to achieve organizational and operational objectives.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure that company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
Business Development and Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that support organizational growth.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, businesses, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
- Explore new markets, products, services, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Contribute to the expansion and growth of the company’s hospitality and travel businesses.
Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and contribute to the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, negotiations, networking events, and other business engagements.
- Support customer retention and business development initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor operational and business development performance against established targets.
- Prepare regular reports on operational activities, business growth, opportunities, and performance.
- Analyse business performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track the progress and effectiveness of business growth initiatives.
Strategic and Cross-Company Support
- Oversee and support the operations and business development activities of a group of companies within the hospitality and travel sectors.
- Collaborate with management and various teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Support the achievement of organizational goals through effective planning, execution, and accountability.
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Education, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in supervision, operations management, business development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational activities effectively.
- Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Work Schedule
- Regular weekday working hours.
- The successful candidate must be available to work onsite on weekends when required to support operational activities and business needs.
