Order Fulfilment Coordinator – Nesstra Ghana Ltd.

Job Description

Ashfoam is looking for a highly organized Order Fulfilment Coordinator to be the central point of coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, Transport, and every other department involved in getting customer orders out the door — on time, every time.

This is not a sales role. It’s a critical operations/coordination position for someone who thrives on logistics, follow-up, and keeping complex processes on track.

What you’ll do

Track every customer order from confirmation through to delivery
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch/DC, and Transport to keep timelines on track
Spot bottlenecks early and escalate before they affect customers
Lead a small follow-up team responsible for order tracking
Act as the single point of communication across departments involved in order fulfilment

What we’re looking for

Exceptionally organized, with strong follow-up and communication skills
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Sharp problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
Background in operations, supply chain, production planning, customer service, or order management is a strong advantage
Comfortable coordinating across departments and holding people to deadlines
