We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to join our team in the dual role of Executive Assistant + Quality Control & Sales Specialist.
This unique position combines executive support, quality assurance, customer relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the CEO, maintaining our luxury quality standards, and driving sales growth while contributing to the continued success of the Clatural brand.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, reports, and official documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Support strategic projects and other business initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Quality Control
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Clatural’s premium quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout production and before customer delivery.
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure consistency in craftsmanship, finishing, sizing, and packaging.
- Maintain quality control records and prepare quality assurance reports.
- Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Represent Clatural professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen Clatural’s brand positioning and customer experience.
- Promote customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship management.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Fashion Management
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or Executive Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ professional experience in Executive Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Fashion Retail, Business Development, or Quality Control.
- Previous experience within the fashion, apparel, retail, or luxury goods industry will be a strong advantage.

- Strong administrative and executive support skills.

- Digital marketing and social media management experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
