Position Summary
Modern Estate Developers Ltd is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area.
- Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and business partners.
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding the company’s services.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor registers and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office appointments.
- Prepare, receive, and distribute correspondence and official documents.
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping.
Office Coordination
- Assist in organizing meetings, office events, and internal activities.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure essential materials are available.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- SHS graduates with good academic results may also be considered.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support role is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Location Requirement
Applicants must reside in Tema, Ashaiman, Dawhenya, Prampram, or be willing to relocate to any of these locations.
