Job Description
Dexwin is an end-to-end digital product development agency with a focus on delivering usable products that solve problems. We specialize in product design, data analysis, software development, digital advertising and general services. We provide talent to leading firms looking to expand their product teams
About Dexwin
Dexwin is an Accra-based technology group operating across several divisions: enterprise technology and client services, and Dexwin Labs (talent development). We serve clients across sectors including fintech, telecoms, and agri-trade and food systems. The group works with leading clients and development partners and is entering a phase of deliberate commercial scale-up.
To support this growth, Dexwin is building a dedicated growth and commercial function. Leadership and senior relationships already generate a strong flow of opportunities; the company now needs a Growth Lead to convert those opportunities, expand the pipeline, and build the brand and commercial systems that make growth repeatable across all divisions.
About the Role
The Growth Lead owns Dexwin’s growth function across the group. The core of the role is conversion: taking the opportunities the business originates and carrying them through to signed engagements, while sharpening how Dexwin positions, prices, and pitches its work.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. The Growth Lead is the architect and orchestrator of growth — setting strategy, owning proposal and brand quality, and putting in place the structure that makes commercial performance repeatable rather than dependent on any one individual. The role has support to execute beneath it; it is a leadership seat, not a one-person marketing department.
What the Role Owns
1. Closing & Deal Conversion
- Take opportunities the business originates and carry them through to close — follow-up, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Own proposal quality end-to-end: structure, pricing logic, commercial framing, and the attention to detail that wins enterprise work.
- Build and run a disciplined pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks between first conversation and signed contract.
- Structure pilots, retainers, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements with sound commercial mechanics.
2. Business Development & Pipeline
- Bring and grow a personal network across the tech and enterprise space to expand the company’s pipeline.
- Research and qualify high-value targets across telcos, banks, DFIs, development partners, and corporates.
- Coordinate outreach and relationship warm-up, and feed qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
- Ensure clean handover to delivery teams once deals are signed.
3. Marketing, Brand & Positioning
- Own Dexwin’s brand and positioning across all divisions — a coherent, credible identity in the market.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution: digital, content, inbound, and demand generation.
- Elevate pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, and commercial collateral to a consistently high standard.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, or junior support, and direct budget against priorities.
4. Commercial Operations & Coordination
- Build the systems, workflows, and reporting that make growth measurable and repeatable across divisions.
- Maintain commercial governance — CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and clear accountability.
- Provide cross-functional coordination that keeps commercial activity moving across the group.
- Bring structure that reduces friction and firefighting rather than adding to it.
Who We’re Looking For
Approximately a decade of experience spanning marketing, growth, and commercial work — ideally with time in the tech or venture space, and a network to match. Dexwin is looking for an operator who can both set the strategy and get the deal closed.
- Proven ability to close — converting originated opportunities, not just generating awareness.
- Strong commercial instinct: pricing, proposal structuring, and enterprise deal mechanics.
- Genuine marketing and brand depth — positioning, campaigns, and collateral that reads as professional.
- Existing contacts in the tech/enterprise ecosystem that can be activated.
- Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable owning quality end-to-end.
- A systems builder who reduces noise and brings structure across a multi-division business.
- Founder, operator, or early-stage experience — comfortable with ambiguity and wearing several hats.
Why This Role
This is an ownership role, not an execution seat. The Growth Lead joins a business that already generates strong commercial momentum and builds the function that converts and compounds it — across a group spanning enterprise technology, SaaS products, and talent development, serving clients in sectors from fintech and telecoms to agri-trade and food systems. The role carries the mandate, the support, and the visibility to shape how Dexwin grows.
