This role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development within the agrochemical industry. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop the skills required for a successful career in agricultural sales.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Support the sales team in promoting and selling agrochemical products.
📌 Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
📌 Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and farmers.
📌 Participate in field visits, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
📌 Conduct market research and gather information on competitors and industry trends.
📌 Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
📌 Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, training sessions, and promotional events.
📌 Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively support customers and sales activities.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience.
✅ Strong interest in sales, agribusiness, and the agrochemical industry.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
