Are you a technically driven engineering professional with experience in maintenance planning, project coordination, and manufacturing operations? We are looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Project Lead to join a leading manufacturing group and play a key role in driving maintenance excellence and project execution across multiple production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Standardize maintenance processes and SOPs across manufacturing plants
✅ Coordinate maintenance and technical activities between plant teams and group leadership
✅ Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance initiatives
✅ Manage project trackers, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
✅ Administer and monitor CapEx budgets and expenditure tracking
✅ Optimize critical spare parts inventory and equipment reliability
✅ Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards for maintenance and project performance
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly management reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance planning, or technical project management
✔ Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, asset reliability, and operational excellence
✔ Experience with CMMS/ERP platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM is an advantage
✔ Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills
✔ Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination abilities
