We are hiring a Business Manager for the Executive Office to support the Group CEO in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross‑border growth across our fast‑expanding African markets. This is a high‑impact senior role requiring exceptional professionalism, global exposure, and strong executive presence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Executive Office and ensure seamless execution of CEO priorities
Coordinate strategic initiatives and provide analytical insights for decision‑making
Prepare executive briefs, board documents, and high‑level presentations
Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders across multiple countries
Drive governance, compliance, and performance monitoring across business units
Lead special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
Support board engagements, including board packs, minutes, and follow‑up actions
Analyse business performance and support strategic planning
Manage executive workflows, communication, and high‑level scheduling

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7–10+ years in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and handle confidential information

Baseline Requirements (Must‑Haves)
Executive Office experience reporting directly to a CEO in a similar role
Valid driving license
International exposure (multinational company experience or overseas work)
Executive‑level experience in private corporate environments
Demonstrated professional maturity and stability
Fluency in a second language (French preferred)
