Are you a recent graduate preparing to undertake your National Service and looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and impactful organization? The Ghana Tourism Development Company (GTDC) invites qualified and motivated graduates to apply for its 2026/2027 National Service Recruitment Programme.

This programme offers an excellent opportunity for National Service Personnel to develop professional skills, gain hands-on industry experience, and contribute to the growth and transformation of Ghana’s tourism sector.

As a National Service Personnel at GTDC, you will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in meaningful projects, and contribute to initiatives that promote tourism development, cultural heritage preservation, and national economic growth.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a graduate from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service programme.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Have a passion for tourism, innovation, and national development.
