Job Description

Location:
Accra, Ghana

WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead all business-critical digital platforms and system integrations.
2. Manage transaction monitoring, revenue assurance, and reconciliation controls.
3. Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and data protection frameworks.
4. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and communications systems.
5. Monitor dashboards, analytics, and management reporting tools.
6. Manage technology vendors and service providers.
7. Ensure system uptime and operational continuity.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Exceptional ability to interpret data and identify operational bottlenecks.
4. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
5. Strong proficiency in network security and database management.
