Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Meet assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
