Role Overview

The Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and producing high-quality photographs and videos for marketing, branding, corporate communications, social media, events, and promotional campaigns.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to create visual content that effectively communicates Agro Kings Limited’s mission, products, services, and impact while maintaining consistency with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Capture high-quality photographs of company activities, products, projects, events, staff, and operations.
• Plan and execute professional photo shoots for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Edit and enhance images to ensure professional quality and brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs and visual assets.
• Ensure proper use of lighting, composition, and creative techniques to produce engaging imagery.

Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and events.
• Produce promotional videos, documentaries, interviews, testimonials, training videos, and social media content.
• Create compelling visual stories that effectively communicate the company’s objectives and achievements.
• Operate and maintain video recording equipment, lighting systems, microphones, and related accessories.
• Manage all aspects of video production from concept development to final delivery.

Content Development & Brand Support

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns.
• Create content optimized for social media platforms, websites, presentations, and digital marketing channels.
• Support branding initiatives through the development of engaging multimedia content.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with Agro Kings Limited’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging photography, videography, and content creation trends.

Event Coverage

• Provide photography and videography coverage for corporate events, trainings, field activities, product launches, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Deliver event highlights, recap videos, and photo galleries within agreed timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Photography, Videography, Multimedia Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video production, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
• Experience operating professional cameras, drones, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Drone operation certification will be an added advantage.
