Job Description

About The Business Seed Partnership (BSP):

The Business Seed Partnership is a 3-year project designed to address key challenges in Ghana’s vegetable seed sector. It builds on the successes of the horticulture Combi/PADEO track, leverages the interest of Dutch seed companies in hybrid varieties, and draws on the expertise of knowledge institutions and sector organizations. The project is aligned with and reinforces existing initiatives such as POMBI and the Agricultural Working Group.

Overall, the project aims to enhance the performance, sustainability, and resilience of vegetable farming systems in Ghana through a holistic approach—addressing productivity, regulation, knowledge gaps, and investment needs.
