Position Overview
The Content Strategist will be responsible for shaping the voice and messaging of our projects, campaigns, and events. This role requires a strategic thinker who can research, develop content plans, and guide communication efforts to ensure consistency, relevance, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct research to identify trends, audience interests, and industry insights.
- Create content frameworks and communication plans.
- Develop editorial calendars and content schedules.
- Prepare content briefs and guide content creators.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to support campaign objectives.
- Review and edit content to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content.
- Understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
