About the Graduate Talent Programme

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Talent Programme, applicants must:

Educational Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEAM-related discipline from an accredited university:
  • Science
  • Technology
  • Engineering
  • Arts
  • Mathematics

Academic Performance

• Have obtained a First Class or Second Class Upper Division degree.

National Service Requirement

• Be a recent graduate who is yet to commence National Service (NSS).
• Applicants who have already completed their National Service are not eligible for this intake.
