ROLE SUMMARY

The Strategy & Business Operations Analyst will work directly with executive leadership to support strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, business development initiatives, training delivery, and growth projects.

The successful candidate will serve as a key execution partner, helping ensure that critical priorities are implemented efficiently, deadlines are met, stakeholders remain aligned, and business objectives are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist leadership in translating business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor strategic projects and ensure timely implementation of agreed deliverables.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business cases, and executive summaries.

Business Operations Management

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Design and implement systems that improve productivity, accountability, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Track organizational priorities and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Develop operational dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms.

Project Coordination & Performance Monitoring

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper documentation of action points.
  • Escalate risks, bottlenecks, and challenges proactively with recommended solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support proposal development, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic growth plans and revenue-generating opportunities.

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and decision-support documents.
  • Support leadership in driving organizational accountability and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, project management, consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm, startup, corporate environment, or high-growth organization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects, process improvements, or operational initiatives.
