Purpose of the Role
To enhance Commercial operational effectiveness by providing clear Route-to-Market direction across various
channels, while driving transformation within the Key Distributor (KD) space to enable the business to capitalize
on identified growth opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Route to Market
- Conduct analysis to identify Route-to-Market (RTM) opportunities across all channels.
- Determine the resources needed by both the Key Distributors and the business to effectively capitalize on
identified opportunities. - Drive year-on-year growth in outlet coverage through continuous assessment and updating of outlet
opportunities.
KD Transformation - Provide support to Key Distributors through targeted programs designed to reduce their operational costs.

- Engage with Key Distributor (KD) teams to identify operational gaps and lead the execution of necessary
changes to address them. - Implement and embed KG Gold Standards to enhance operational efficiency and establish a foundation for
sustained growth across all KD operations nationwide
Key Requirements – Qualifications, Experience, Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a market research agency and/or working in an FMCG
organization - Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across functions
- Proven team player with the ability to work across geographies in dynamic environment
