In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our placement process—reviewing candidate profiles from around the world, matching them to the right programs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing candidate applications and screening CVs to qualifying leads and keeping our data organized and up to date, you’ll play a key role in empowering our sales teams to focus on what they do best—connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action item tracking.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Follow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with presentation preparation and executive reporting.
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Manage data entry and CRM updates as required.
- Organize digital files and company documentation.
- Assist with project management and administrative initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Handle general administrative support duties as assigned.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Hospitality or recruitment industry experience.
