We are looking for sharp, curious, and committed graduates to join our Analyst Training Programme — a structured, five-year rotational experience designed to build well-rounded investment professionals from the ground up.

You will rotate across four core functions

  • Investment Operations
  • Compliance
  • Research
  • Portfolio Management

This is more than a job. You will work on real problems, contribute to products used by real clients, and grow within a team that is serious about building something meaningful on the continent.

What You Will Do

  • Support trade execution and portfolio monitoring activities
  • Conduct market and company research to inform investment decisions
  • Assist with compliance checks and regulatory reporting
  • Prepare client presentations and investment reports
  • Collaborate across teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions
  • Contribute to the design and testing of digital investment tools

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Genuine interest in capital markets and a curiosity about economic and financial trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational ability
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and open to using technology to solve financial problems

Advantageous

  • Experience analysing investments or active membership of a campus investment club
