We are looking for sharp, curious, and committed graduates to join our Analyst Training Programme — a structured, five-year rotational experience designed to build well-rounded investment professionals from the ground up.
You will rotate across four core functions
- Investment Operations
- Compliance
- Research
- Portfolio Management
This is more than a job. You will work on real problems, contribute to products used by real clients, and grow within a team that is serious about building something meaningful on the continent.
What You Will Do
- Support trade execution and portfolio monitoring activities
- Conduct market and company research to inform investment decisions
- Assist with compliance checks and regulatory reporting
- Prepare client presentations and investment reports
- Collaborate across teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions
- Contribute to the design and testing of digital investment tools
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Genuine interest in capital markets and a curiosity about economic and financial trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and solid organisational ability
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and open to using technology to solve financial problems
Advantageous
- Experience analysing investments or active membership of a campus investment club
