JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is a versatile admin expert who can coordinate and implement office procedures, project management and any other assigned task. The candidate must be able to assist technical staff with all administrative duties and can represent the company at all business events. The candidate should be IT savvy with proven record of learning new apps/software in minimum timeframe and have past accounting experience. The candidate would be required to work for BOS Engineering and its sister companies.
WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
- Own annual corporate affairs calendar: business, Corporate, HSSEQ, operations approvals and certifications, and other regulatory permits
- Track core administrative processes particularly in relation to office and facility management including cleaning & sanitation service management, security/protocol and grounds maintenance
- Maintain supplies and stock management: stationery, office tools and equipment; collate master inventory list from inventory reports received from all units
- Handle invoice processing, coordinate account payables and account receivables
- Handle office petty cash disbursement as per policies and procedures
- Maintain all administrative files and folders
- Manage front desk queries, customer service and provide social media management support
- Handle, keep register and report on all info@ communications and other movement or communication directly related to customer service or public relations
- Manage post office box, coordinate correspondence, invoice and goods dispatch and/or delivery across BOS Engineering and sister companies maintaining appropriate logbooks/trackers
- Own annual leave and birthday calendar by liaising with Group HR and Supervisor to execute any benefits/corporate presence or contributions
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum two years experience working in a corporate environment involving significant levels of administrative responsibility
- Applicant must be based in Takoradi.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Versatile and able to handle high volume of activity and changing priorities
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable in delivering consistent quality solutions/ work products
- Must be a team player who can work independently and meet tight deadlines with little or no supervision
- Prior experience in accounting would be a great advantage
