ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Manage day-to-day research operations, including proposal development, data analysis, report writing, and recommendations.
– Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research plans across different project stages.
– Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys and focus group discussions.
– Design research questionnaires and discussion guides aligned with project objectives.
– Analyze and interpret research data to identify insights, trends, and solutions.
– Engage with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic research recommendations.
– Collaborate with project teams to develop timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
– Recommend appropriate research methodologies and techniques for each project.
– Prepare project progress reports and monitor performance against goals and deliverables.
– Ensure all research projects comply with internal standards, legal requirements, and client expectations.
– Support research compliance objectives and contribute to achieving team targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics/Mathematics, Mass Communication, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
– Strong experience in conducting surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews.
– Proficiency in data analysis and research reporting.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research/data analysis tools.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
