Job Summary

Aquantuo is seeking a creative, digitally savvy, and performance-driven Digital Content Coordinator to support the company’s digital growth, content strategy, and online visibility across key digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, driving lead generation through digital campaigns, supporting SEO and digital infrastructure initiatives, and increasing brand visibility across social media channels.

This role is ideal for a highly creative individual with strong videography, editing, and digital marketing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Lead Generation

  • Manage and develop engaging content for TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video content that drives engagement and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Maintain a consistent content pipeline to support audience growth and brand visibility
  • Monitor content performance and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Stay updated on digital trends and convert them into relevant, on-brand content opportunities

2. Videography & Content Production

  • Lead end-to-end video production processes including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing
  • Capture high-quality visuals that effectively communicate the company’s services and brand identity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotional content
  • Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high production standards

3. Digital Infrastructure & SEO

  • Support website SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and traffic performance
  • Ensure digital content is optimized for search engines and audience engagement
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support reporting and marketing attribution processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity across campaigns and digital platforms

4. Revenue Growth & Brand Visibility

  • Develop content that highlights Aquantuo’s logistics, shipping, and 3PL capabilities
  • Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Ensure consistent visibility of Aquantuo’s products and services across all online channels

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in digital content creation, social media management, videography, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media platforms

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong videography and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and social media trends
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the E-commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Google Analytics
    • Hootsuite
    • SEMrush
    • Other digital marketing and analytics tools
