A reputable real estate company is looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain office records and files.
- Assist in coordinating projects and operational activities.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support day-to-day office operations and communication.
Requirements
- Must be between 23 – 30 years.
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous administrative or executive support experience is an advantage.
- Applicants must reside around Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua.
