Job Description

A reputable logistics company located at Medie–Kotoku is seeking to recruit an experienced and results-oriented Transport / Logistics Manager to join its team.
Location:
Medie – Kotoku, Accra- Ghana
Salary:
GHS 5,000 – GHS 8,000 (depending on experience)


Key Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transport and logistics management
*Strong experience in managing heavy-duty vehicles and fleet operations
*Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport operations
*Ability to supervise drivers and ensure operational efficiency
*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Candidate should *preferably live around Medie, Kotoku, or nearby areas


*Responsibilities:*
*Oversee daily transport and logistics operations
*Manage and monitor heavy-duty vehicle fleet performance
*Ensure proper maintenance and servicing schedules for vehicles
*Supervise drivers and transport staff
*Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations
*Prepare operational and fleet performance reports
