About the Role
A reputable organization in Accra is seeking to recruit a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and executive administration.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, be capable of managing schedules efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. Previous experience working closely with senior executives or as a Personal Assistant (P.A.) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities within the office
- Maintain executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and take meeting minutes when required
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally
- Support office operations by maintaining proper filing and documentation systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office supplies procurement
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders effectively
- Support event planning, scheduling, and office coordination activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in administration or office management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage calendars and schedules effectively
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive is an added advantage
