Job Description

Cool Guy AC Services provides air-conditioning sales, installation and maintenance for homes and businesses across Accra. We are expanding and looking for a professional, confident and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to help us win corporate and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

•Visit offices, shops, schools, hotels and companies to promote our services
•Generate and convert new business leads
•Secure installation and maintenance contracts
•Follow up on quotations and close deals
•Meet monthly sales targets
•Marketing Duties
•Promote services online and on social media
•Assist with advertising and promotions
•Track leads and customer enquiries
•Maintain relationships with corporate clients

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
•Ability to prepare quotations and proposals (Required)
•Must be familiar with AI working tools (ChatGPT, Canva, social media tools etc.)
•Ability to drive is an added advantage
•Sales experience is an advantage

Salary & Commission

•Salary: Negotiable based on experience
•Commission: Attractive commission on sales generated
•Applicant MUST live in Accra
