This role is critical in managing and growing relationships with our brand partners — from onboarding and campaign execution to long-term partnership development. You will work directly with leadership to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and successful brand activations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and newly signed brand partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Develop and manage activation calendars for all partnered brands
- Coordinate internally with creative, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare professional client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign updates
- Support the CEO with commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and client retention strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Build long-term relationships with brands to drive repeat business and partnership growth
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, Brand Partnerships, or related roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
- Strong experience engaging and communicating with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Background in FMCG, Beauty, Food, Lifestyle, Media, or related industries is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth and partnership opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
