Drodai Company Limited, a reputable and fast-growing company in the Real Estate and Building & Construction industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities.
Location: Spintex – Okpoi Gonno, Accra
Industry: Real Estate / Building & Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: GHC 3,500 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and operational activities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company schedules
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and company documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Support communication and coordination across departments and projects
- Monitor office supplies and ensure efficient office functionality
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
