Drodai Company Limited, a reputable and fast-growing company in the Real Estate and Building & Construction industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities.

Location: Spintex – Okpoi Gonno, Accra

Industry: Real Estate / Building & Construction

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: GHC 3,500 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration and operational activities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company schedules
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and company documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
  • Support communication and coordination across departments and projects
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure efficient office functionality
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
