Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Female)

Location: Remote

Salary: $400/month (Approx. ₦550,000)

Employment Type: Full-Time Remote Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

The successful candidate will support daily administrative and operational activities, manage schedules and communications, assist with online coordination, and contribute ideas that improve workflow and productivity.

This role is ideal for a graduate who is confident using digital tools, especially G-Suite applications, and possesses strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and virtual meetings
  • Handle emails, follow-ups, and online correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Coordinate tasks, projects, and deadlines remotely
  • Conduct online research and compile relevant information when required
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Assist in brainstorming ideas and improving operational processes
  • Support management with administrative and strategic tasks
  • Manage Google Workspace tools including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet, and Calendar
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Female graduate below 35 years as of December 2026
  • Must possess a functional laptop/system and stable internet connection
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of G-Suite/Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Tech-savvy with good understanding of remote work tools
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
