ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role for a Telematics
Installation Assistant located in Accra. We are
seeking a skilled and experienced Installation
Assistant to join our dynamic team in Accra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in
the installation of vehicle tracking systems.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals
and set priorities
Customer relations skills
Flexibility and Willingness to meet varied
hours and some travel is essential to success
in the role.

Installation of new vehicle trackers and
correction of already tracked vehicles
Uploading of vehicle details installed or
corrected into the tracking software
Creation of Offline reports for fleets which
is sent to the admin officers
Producing other reports as may be
requested concerning fleets
Any other job related to tracking as may be
required for the smooth running of the
office
